I'm chilled and respectful, very clean and like a space without clutter. Looking for teamups to rent a house not a flat. I like an outdoor space, with a garden or courtyard at least.

I'm working full time mon-fri from home, so need a quiet space during the week. I've returned to Australia after many years away and have an open mind and heart.

I've shared houses a lot in the past, so understand the need for privacy but at the same time a friendly and relaxed vibe.

Am flexible on move date...but prefer April to May.
I can look at rooms but would need storage space as well.
