$300/week•24 year old female and male
Hi there! My partner and I are looking for a place in the Illawarra shoalhaven region in NSW. We both work full time and live busy lifestyles but love to enjoy relaxing with a drink, dinner and downtime after work! We both enjoy the great outdoors and socializing with friends, but value a quiet and relaxing place to come home to. We are both active people and love to travel. We’re both really flexible with length of stay and house rules but value cleanliness and are respectful of others.

Health professional looking for a room in the region. Will only be staying Tues-Thurs and will spend rest of the week back in Sydney. I am easy-going, clean and tidy. Enjoy outdoor and ocean activities (hiking, swimming, surfing, scuba) and keeping fit. Will also spend some time on video games if I have some free days.

$480/week•25-32 year old female and male
Rose and I love to be around people and also love our own space. We are respectful, tidy & clean, and overall very chilled people. We have lived in shared houses in Sydney and even been the leaseholders for a shared house, so we understand the responsibilities as housemates for a harmonious atmosphere. We both love being outside and meeting new people. Additional to residing with our new housemates in the Gerringong area we love doing trips in our van a few hours. Generally we aren't home for majority of the day and don't spend much time watching TV. Nick is a carpenter who is always looking for the next project, be it shaping surfboards, fitting out vans or home renovations. Rose is an Event Manager who loves gardening, cooking, surfing, creating art, and being active outdoors or a chill day on the beach. If we found the right place we would be interested in staying for longer than 6 months, however that would depend on the nature of the house and its occupants. Ideally we would love to have a granny flat or independent dwelling on someones property and would commit to live there through the winter if that helped in securing a place we love. Nick is a citizen to Australia and Rose is on a partner visa. We are looking to call gerringong home and eventually want to invest in land or a home in the area.

I’m a 26 year old registered nurse looking for a home in the Wollongong area. I am a very easy going person who loves the outdoors and spend most of my time either working or outdoors with my friendly border collie puppy. I’m always happy to have a drink at home and will go out on the rare occasion. I’d love to find ideally one other person to share a place with hopefully with a backyard but open to other options! I’m looking either in towradgi, east corrimal or further down the coast in Kiama, berry or gerringong! If you have any more questions give me a message! 😊

I just finished uni and am currently working in hospitality. I moved back to the coast to be closer to my family here, but I am more of a cosmopolitan person myself. I love going to the beach and you can bet I won’t be in the house too often bc I’ll always be finding things to do!

Prefer a female flatmate. Don't drink or smoke. Like to go to the beach and exercise. Bit of a clean freak. Prefer somebody around my age with a similar lifestyle. Prefer to live as close to Shellharbour as possible. Own bathroom required. Prefer no pets as it's harder to find a rental property and I am not a cat person. 😂😂 My life basically revolves around eating, exercising, walking on the beach and watching shitty reality TV shows.

Hey, I’m Julia and I work full time in scheduling for an at home aged care provider in Shellharbour. I love my job and the feeling that I get to help vulnerable people every day makes me incredibly happy. In my spare time I like to cook, read (dystopian and romance novels are my favourites) and spend time with my friends and family. I’m super tidy, can crack a few good jokes and am easy to get along with. I keep to myself most of the time however would love a room mate to have a wine and watch trashy TV with every so often. Looking for a new place in the Shellharbour area as I want to be closer to work and to my family. Please message me if you have something available or would like to team up for a place☺️

$280/week•50 year old female
Hi my name is Sara. I am a mature woman in my 50’s, and am friendly, respectful, and considerate. I have a good sense of humour, and a positive and supportive outlook. I enjoy a relaxing home environment that is bright, clean, comfortably neat, and happy, and do my part to contribute to this :) I am looking for accommodation to share with likeminded people. I would enjoy a large room with preferably its own bathroom. I would also be happy to consider self-contained style accommodation such as a granny flat. I am comfortable being alone if the owner or other flat mates need to be away regularly. I also enjoy and am used to looking after and living in larger properties in more rural areas. I love being close to nature to energise and revitalise. I enjoy chatting and the quieter social side of life, with a glass of something refreshing to share. I also appreciate quiet time alone, and respect other people's needs for alone time as well. I like music, and am happy to play this mainly in the car, so as not to disturb others' quiet time. At times, and where possible and appropriate, I immerse myself in art and painting-related creative activities. I enjoy long drives and walks in nature. Once or twice a week, I like to go out with friends and family, and occasionally visit my sons in Canberra and Adelaide. I provide guidance, mentoring, and intuitive consultations to clients by phone and also in Bowral (and I really enjoy the commuting). I came to Australia from England 25 years ago. The Illawarra, from coast to escarpment, and the Wollongong areas are great areas to live. Since first coming here in 2016, I’ve felt at home and in recent years have made great friends. Before here, I lived in the Adelaide Hills for 15 years... and before then, was in Melbourne.
