Hi! I’m Krishaant, a masters student @ QUT currently looking for a room to rent I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m fairly quiet during the week due to uni, but I’m friendly and enjoy getting along well with housemates. I make sure common areas are kept tidy and rent is always paid on time.
I have a complete rent ledger, along with references and all required documents ready. I’m ideally looking for a longer-term stay in a comfortable, student-friendly place.
I’m currently in India and will be arriving in Brisbane on 25th February 2026, so I won’t be able to attend a physical inspection. However, I’m more than happy to do a virtual inspection, and if everything feels like a good fit, I’m ready to proceed with the bond and rent payment.
