Heya 😊 I have lived independently since 18 in the same rental property with a perfect rental history regarding rent, attitude, and excellent upkeep of the property with our agent always giving positive feedback post every inspection.

I am now planning to move back to the Sunshine Coast as I grew up there. I am clean, quiet and very friendly, I'm not a big party person just like to occasionally have a friend or two over for a movie night and such. I like to go to the gym, have a beach day, occasional night out with friends, some gaming, and a bit of crocheting in my down time. I have a beautiful fluffy indoor boy cat named Willow, he is very friendly and affectionate to everyone and is generally quiet. I currently work as a mortician at a local funeral parlour but am hoping to transition on to a role that involves caring for animals for work when I move (if I can) as I'm a big animal lover. If I can't secure work in this field I may return to work in the funeral industry, however as a qualified barista I might return to this type of work.

In the home I am very happy to help out with yard maintenance such as mowing and weeding if needed, I love a clean and happy environment and I'm very house proud. I have my own car and motorbike both with stock exhausts so they aren't too loud, and I would prefer to have somewhere where there is cover fo my bike in/under while not riding. My preference in a rental is for a studio/ granny flat / small apartment so I can have my own personal space. Looking forward to hearing from you, regards Sage😊
