Hannah

Hey! I’m Hannah, I’m 19 and originally from the UK, but I’ve been living on the Gold Coast for the last 8 months and absolutely loving it. I’m a really friendly, easy-going and sociable person, and I’m always up for meeting new people and having a chat, but I also really value having my own space and giving other people theirs.

I’m a very clean, tidy and respectful housemate. I like keeping shared spaces clean, I’m considerate of noise and other people’s routines, and I’m definitely someone who will pull their weight around the house. I’m also really easy to get along with and prefer a home that feels comfortable, relaxed and friendly rather than just somewhere everyone happens to sleep.

Outside of work, I’m really into swimming, fitness, the beach, travelling, animals and anything outdoors. I’ve been a competitive swimmer and love being in the water, whether that’s swimming, diving or just spending a day at the beach. I’m also qualified as a lifeguard and have a big passion for marine life and conservation after spending time doing marine conservation and scuba diving in Fiji.

I absolutely love animals and volunteer at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, which is something I’m really passionate about. I’d love to build a career working with animals or in conservation in the future.

I’m also quite active and enjoy going to the gym, going for walks, trying new places to eat, cooking, travelling and exploring the Gold Coast. I’m always happy to do something spontaneous — whether that’s going to the beach, getting food, going out for the evening or exploring somewhere new.

I’m a pretty positive person and love having a good laugh. I’m social and enjoy going out, but I’m equally happy having a chilled night at home watching something, cooking dinner or just relaxing. I’m hoping to find a place where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves and where the house has a nice, friendly atmosphere.

I’d describe myself as friendly, independent, clean, respectful, reliable and easy-going, and I’d love to find some lovely flatmates who I can genuinely get along with rather than just share a house with! 😊
