Hello!
I'm searching for a friendly, calm and beautiful place to call home, while I figure out my next step (after I sell my lovely house in Highgate).

I work for myself as a wine business coach and freelance marketer.
Sometimes from home but often at a co-work space in the city.

I'm friendly, open-minded, mature but fun and appreciate a housemate balance of privacy with the occassional shared meal, wine or netflix series.

I enjoy morning walks, cooking, gym a few days a week, time with friends and fam. I'm respectful and tidy, will always chip-in with general chores too.

I take pride in my home and appreciate (looking for!) great aesthetics 😊

Looking to start with 3 months to see if we're a good fit but also because I may travel; still working out my plan!

Practical details:

☆ Flexible with furniture
☆ Must have a private bathroom
☆ Must have off-street parking
☆ Pets are no problem (i love both dogs and cats!)

Also open to a team-up with the right person/people and in this case would be happy to commit to longer than 6 months.
