G'day everyone,

I'm Jan, 26 years old and from Germany. I have a working holiday visa and working in construction in Brisbane. At the moment, I don't know how long I'll be looking for accommodation in the Brisbane area, but I'm planning on staying for at least 2-3 months.

I have lived in a shared apartment with several people in my home country of Germany, so I am used to living with other people, friends or strangers, and am easy to get along with as a roommate.
I place great importance on cleanliness (and tidiness in my room), although I am not so strict about other people's tidiness :).
I think I am considerate of everyone and accept all kinds of lifestyles in the living space. I really enjoy making new friends and am always up for fun activities, such as joint leisure activities.

Otherwise, about me: I love going to the beach, on good days I also like to try my hand at surfing (I'm not very good at it yet), and otherwise you'll often find me in cafés or out for a few drinks in the evening. If it is not raining outside - I am also go for a running-session!
