G'day you lot!
Landing a studio apartment is too brutal. Keen on a vacant room in 2 bedroom unit with just ONE other person aged 40-60 located as per pic (oops wrong site, Carlton, south end Fitzroy/North Melbourne, north end CBD, West/East Melbourne or near Richmond station), maybe a team-up for a 12/24 month lease. Something long term. I don't want to move ever again, but realistically a room for a few years.
Me: 44m no kids/pets/criminal record, WFH a lot, home a lot in my room laughing at memes and being antisocial (watching subpar horror movies) until the weekend. Good sense of pluralism in all facets of life. Enjoy dive bars.
Price range $600-$770pm split 50/50, no partners moving in, ideally with 2 toilets. Interested in hiring a cleaner fortnightly/monthly (my spine is no good, currently scrub the shower and floors with my foot). I got a large bar fridge that might work out. No washing machine.
