My name is Yirou. I am a female tenant originally from China. I recently completed a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Bristol in the UK. I am currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, which allows me to live and work legally in Australia.

I do not smoke, do not drink, and do not host parties. I keep a quiet and regular lifestyle.
I place great importance on cleanliness and property care and maintain shared and private spaces in good condition. If needed, I am also happy to arrange regular professional cleaning.

My rent will be covered by personal savings and ongoing family financial support. I have funds to comfortably meet rental payments and living expenses.
I am able to provide bank statements, proof of funds, and references if required. Rent will always be paid on time.

I fully understand and respect tenancy obligations. I will comply with all lease terms, take good care of the property, and promptly communicate if any issues arise.
I have previous positive rental experience in the UK and am happy to provide all required documents and cooperate fully throughout the application process.
