Looking for a place in Perth close to shops and transport routes.
Ideally my own space such as a granny flat / studio with own bathroom and amenities, although would consider a share house if sharing with one other person.
Retired (70) - happy to assist in keeping the place tidy and upkept.
Somewhere that allows smoking (outside).
I would like to find something around $350 per week or less.
