Hi, I’m TJ, and I’m currently looking for a room to rent as I start a fresh new chapter. I work full-time and live a pretty structured and active lifestyle, so I’m always respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines.

I’m clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke or vape. I enjoy a peaceful home environment and am the kind of housemate who’s friendly and social but also values everyone having their own space.

I also have two small, very well-behaved dogs (toy cavoodles) who are hypoallergenic. They’re quiet, completely house and toilet-trained, and are used to living indoors. They are super cuddly and loving and win over everyone they cross paths with :)

I’m really looking for a home that feels comfortable, stable, and positive, and I’d love to find a household that values mutual respect, good communication, and a relaxed vibe.
