I'm looking for a new place because the owner of the house I've been living in for the last 15 years is planning to renovate. I work full time at RMIT in the city as a Facilities Officer. I smoke but only outside and I'm trying to give it up permanently. I prefer the northern suburbs areas and want to stay locally. I prefer to live quietly and generally spend my time reading or watching TV, I like to cook but need more practice. I'm looking for a room in a share place or a granny flat or 1 bedroom unit.
