Raymond and Chi

Hi, my name is Raymond & I am currently studying Psychology at Griffith (til end of 2030). When I am not studying or working on my side business, I enjoy reading, gaming and baking.

My partner Chi (30 M) is from Taiwan, fluent in English & Mandarin and works as a full-time cleaner. Chi loves to cook, hike & game.

We are looking for a long-term home / housemate that gives us our own space & privacy in a non-smoking environment. We usually keep to ourselves but happy to socialise a little too.

We both have our own vehicle and we also have our own furniture & ideally looking for a granny flat or dual living with the below features:
- Long-term
- Unfurnished
- Air conditioning
- Own kitchen with stovetop/oven/dishwasher
- Private living space
- 1-2 undercover car spaces

Alternatively we’d love to find another person / couple to rent a home with which we could provide fully furnished.
