I’m looking for my new home in Sunshine coast. Ideally looking for a 12 month arrangement with the possibilityto renew again.

About me : I'm a 34-year-old single male who works part-time as a Peri-operative and Anaesthetic nurse, recently moved to Sunshine coast, on the 16th of March. Looking for an unfurnished room.

I’m respectful, tidy, and very comfortable living in shared spaces. I value peace and quiet at home with a relaxed environment as well as enjoy the ocassional dinner with music and few drinks. I’m polite, communicative, and mindful of other people’s space and routines. Looking to live with flatmates and make more friends

Outside of work I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, reading, varying taste in music and genre, gaming, and camping. Furthermore, I also enjoy watching anime, movies, tv shows. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with flavors, trying new things, and I don’t mind the occasional beer if the moment calls for it. I do come with a fish tank that is medium sized, and believe me feels relaxing to watch them swim after working all day.

I am looking for a clean and welcoming vibe, mix of introverted and extroverted qualities.
