Ruby

Hello! My name is Ruby. I am a single mum to two little ones aged 4 and 6 who I have week on / week off. We are looking to share a house anywhere between chermside/northlakes/redcliffe peninsula areas. We have previously shared a house and the kids are old enough to understand and respect boundaries 😊 (One room is fine for all 3 of us to share).

A bit about me:
🦠 I’m 27 and a full time university student studying Biomedical Science
🧼 I pride myself in cleanliness and hygiene and will always clean up after myself straight away. I am hoping to share with someone who values the same level of cleanliness, especially in common areas such as the kitchen.
🚭 I do not smoke, vape, drink, do drugs or party and would prefer someone the same.
💰 I am currently leasing on my own and can show proof of rental payments always made on time. I am looking to move by May 19th at the latest but I can also come earlier not a problem as my lease is already paid up to the end.
📚 In my spare time I mostly just study or nap so I am very quiet 😴
👧🏻 My two kids attend school and before/after school care 5 days a week and on weekends I usually take them out for most of the day so your days will be uninterrupted 🧒🏻

~I will only be in the home every second week; as on my off week from the kids I do stay at my partners house for the week - he will not be staying over at at the share house at all~ (obviously rent is still paid every week but I thought I would just mention that I will be out every second week) 😇
