Hello!

My name is Marcus, I am 28, and recently booked a flight to Hobart one way. The last four years have been spent living around inner west suburbs in Sydney, and as great as that’s been, I am looking for a complete environment shift in the form of Hobart and Tasmania at large. Like many I am drawn to the seemingly endless outdoor adventures that are available, and also the charming and laid back city of Hobart.

I work in hospitality and will be looking to gain employment somewhere within a month from the 5th of April. Outside of work, I am a keen runner and swimmer, a home cook, and am drawn to all things creative (particularly photography). I’m looking to tee up as many outdoor adventures as I can while I’m there and would love some company for that.

I’m extremely easy going and am told that I get along with everyone. I dont take myself too seriously and just like an easy going lifestyle where I can pursue my hobbies and have a laugh.

Given I live in NSW, face to face inspections will not be possible, so a FaceTime is probably the most practical way to get a vibe check.

I’m not firm on the price I have listed @ $280, I’m happy to spend more on the right place: for example, if a granny flat or one bedroom apartment were available at a reasonable price than that’s something I would strongly consider.
