Hi! I work full-time and I’m usually out during the day, keeping a consistent routine. I’m very organized, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I like things tidy and I always clean up after myself.

I don’t smoke, I’m responsible with bills, and I always pay on time. I treat the place I live in with care, as if it were my own.

I’m easygoing, calm, and easy to communicate with. I respect privacy but I’m also friendly and happy to have a chat sometimes. I really value a peaceful, drama-free environment where everyone feels comfortable.

I like pets and I’m completely comfortable living with them. I also get along well with children and I’m respectful of family homes.
