I’m a Carpentry student and also work night shifts in hospitality.
Due to my schedule, I am very tidy, quiet, and highly respect everyone’s privacy.
For now, I’m looking for a room near Ashmore (close to my school).

My preferences:
- Parking: Allocated spot or easy free street parking.
- Payment: Bank transfer only (no cash payments, please).
- Rent/Bond: Negotiable (looking for a fair deal with all bills included).
- Environment: A quiet house with trustworthy flatmates who have a similar lifestyle.

I am currently pausing room inspections for personal reasons. I will be available to view rooms and start moving from the 4th week of April 2026.
