I'm Carpentry student and hospitality night shift worker.

I'm very tidy, quiet, and I respect privacy.

I'm looking for lease one room which is closer to My school, located at ashmore.

rent(and bond), etc. is/are discussable but,
I prefer:
- free/safe parking
- good deal; cheap but good quality
- all-inclusive
- trustworthy and understandable houseowner
- few homemates(if exist), who have similar personality

plus, I don't pay rent by cash.
