I just wanted to introduce ourselves a bit so you can get to know us better.
We are two 23-year-old guys from Spain, currently living in the Gold Coast on a student visa (valid until 2027). We’re looking for a long-term place, ideally until around September, with the possibility of staying longer if it works well.
We’re both working full-time in Surfers Paradise—one as a waiter and the other as a supervisor—so we have stable income and fairly structured routines.
We’re looking for two private rooms, one for each of us. We live quite calm lifestyles, we’re clean, respectful, and easy to live with. We also spend a good amount of time outside due to work and study, so we really value having a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
