About me:
I’m a 30 year old female working full time in the homelessness sector. I’m pretty busy during the week between work, the gym and evening walks, so I’m often out of the house. On weekends, I’m usually out and about socialising with friends.

I’m clean, respectful and fairly quiet. I like the place to feel calm and tidy and I’m good about doing my share around the house.

What I’m looking for:
Looking for a housemate who’s also clean, respectful and easy to live with, someone who’s happy to share household duties and keep the place nice. It would be nice to live with someone friendly who’s up for the occasional chat or drink, but I’m also very happy doing our own thing and respecting each other’s space.

Ideally I’m looking for somewhere with a car space, or at least untimed street parking nearby. I’m also not looking for a party house, just a relaxed place where everyone is considerate and it feels comfortable to come home to.
