Hi, I’m Pearl, from Hong Kong currently living in Melbourne. I have lived in London and still go back often. I’m in my final year studying Law and Criminology in unimelb.

I’m a pretty calm and quiet person during weekdays. I enjoy reading, writing, watching movie and practising yoga. I also love spending time outdoors, going for walks, sunbathing in the park, and just enjoying some quiet time in nature. But If the season hits and you are down to skiing or surfing we can also do that:) I’ve always been into wellness and mindfulness, so keeping a peaceful and tidy space is really important to me.

I don’t have any pets and I’m very clean and organised. I used to hired cleaner and come to the apartment fortnightly. I don’t host parties or have loud gatherings in my place. But very welcome if you have one or two friends you would like to invite over and have a drink. I prefer a calm, tidy home where I feel relaxed. I also care a lot about creating good energy in my space, so natural light and a clean layout mean a lot to me.

Overall, I’m a respectful, low-key person who values stability and a positive living environment. Ideally, you're a professional or student who enjoys a calm lifestyle, keeps common areas clean, and is reliable with rent and bills. Someone who appreciates personal space, good energy, and is easy to communicate with would be a perfect fit :) love music is a bonus! from classical to techno house!
