Friederike

Hi everyone, my name is Friederike, I’m 25 years old and a final-year medical student from Germany. I will be coming to Melbourne for a clinical placement at the Monash Children’s Hospital from November 2026 to January 2027, and I’m currently looking for a room in a shared flat or a small apartment for that time. Ideally, the accommodation would be located close to the hospital or with an easy commute.
A little about me: I’m an open-minded, active, and friendly person who enjoys exploring new places and making the most of living in a new city. In my free time I love traveling, going for runs, playing tennis, strolling through the city, and trying out new cafés.
At home, I appreciate a clean, relaxed, and respectful living environment. I’m tidy, considerate of others, and I value a calm household where everyone feels comfortable. I’m a non-smoker and I don’t have any pets, although I do love animals.
I would be very happy to find a welcoming place to stay during my time in Melbourne and look forward to meeting new people while I’m there.
