My name is Gwen, 37 yo female.
I moved from Thailand last year and have stayed in New Norfolk since.

I'm looking for a place closer to Hobart. I don't have friends here so I'm keen on joining communities of my interests. I enjoy arts & crafts, boardgames, yoga, nature, live music and travelling.

I work from home full-time as a ux designer for a company in Thailand. The room should be big enough to be my home office too. I will need wi-fi for work and will have a call or meeting occasionally. I have my own furniture so preferred unfurnished but would like a wardrobe.

I don't have a car and mainly stay at home except groceries shopping or go out for a walk. I like cycling but can't beat the hill so a place closer to public transport is preferred.

I'm pet friendly, non smoker and an introvert.
I appreciate peaceful surroundings but partying sometimes is ok too.
I lived in shared house before. I'm respectful, clean and reliable.

My ideal move-in date is during Easter weekend but can be flexible.
