Hi~ I'm Su, originally from Henan Province, China.

I’m a 23-year-old postgraduate student at the University of Sydney and will be completing a two-year master’s degree. I’m currently looking for stable long-term accommodation.

I prefer living in a clean, tidy, and respectful environment. I’m easy-going, quiet, and always respect other people’s privacy and personal space. Ideally, I hope to have my own private bathroom. I’m also open to applying together with compatible housemates.

One important thing for me is commuting time — I would strongly prefer a place with a total commute to the University of Sydney within 50 minutes.

As I’m currently still in China, I’d really appreciate landlords who are willing to provide house videos or virtual inspections. I can also arrange someone to inspect the property in person on my behalf, but that may take some time to organize.
