ROOM WANTED – Country Tradie Looking for a Home 🛠️
Hey legends, I’m Josh, 20 years old and currently in my third year of my building apprenticeship, working around the CBD/Richmond area.
I’ve recently moved down from the country to finish my apprenticeship, so I’m a pretty easygoing country boy adjusting to city life (still figuring out why everyone pays $6 for coffee).
The main reason I’m looking to move is because my current place doesn’t have parking, and my car is basically a mobile Bunnings aisle full of tools, so a parking spot is a must.
A few things about me:
• Massive Collingwood supporter (I apologise in advance… or maybe not)
• Third-year builder apprentice, so if something breaks in the house I’ll probably fix it
• Respectful, tidy and easy to live with
• Can cook a mean bangers and mash with peas
• Love a good parmi at the pub
• Recently started playing beach volleyball
• Enjoy hanging out and having a laugh but also happy doing my own thing
• Country raised, so I know how to pull my weight around a house
I’m not a party animal, but I’m always up for a chat, a laugh, or a pub meal.
The important bits:
• Budget: around $270 per week + bills
• Parking spot needed (work tools in the car)
• Bond and rent ready
• Looking to move ASAP
• Ideally Richmond / CBD / inner suburbs
