Hi everyone! 👋

My name is Mecit. I am an HR professional in my 30s relocating permanently to Perth. I will be arriving in Perth on October 14th.

My Situation: I am doing a "pioneer move". I am coming to Perth first to secure a long-term rental, set up our new home, and organize our life before my wife and 8-month-old baby join me later. Therefore, I am looking for a short-term room, studio, or sublet (for about 1.5 months, Oct 14 – late Nov) to use as my basecamp while I get everything ready for my family. During this period, it will be just me staying.

Financials: I have strong savings to cover all my rent and living expenses, and I can pay upfront via bank transfer or cash. Rent will always be paid on time, zero stress.

About Me as a Housemate:

Very clean, organized, and respectful of personal space and house rules.

Non-smoker, non-drinker, not a party person.

Since I will be heavily focused on house hunting and setting up my family's future, I will be out a lot or resting quietly.

I enjoy a friendly chat, but I totally respect the quiet hours of the house.
