My name is Mecit. I am a professional in my 30s from Turkey, moving to Adelaide on a Skilled Regional Visa (491) with full work rights. I will be arriving in Adelaide on October 16th.
My Situation: I am doing a "pioneer move". I am coming to Adelaide first to secure a job, buy a car, and set up a life before my wife and 1-year-old daughter join me in a few months. Therefore, I am looking for a short-term/medium-term room (for about 1 to 3 months) to use as my basecamp while I get everything ready for them.
Financials: I have strong savings to cover all my rent and living expenses, and I will be working full-time immediately upon arrival. Rent will always be paid on time, zero stress.

Since I will be heavily focused on working and setting up my family's future during this period, I will be out of the house a lot or resting quietly.
