I’m friendly, respectful and easygoing, and ( funny ;) and genuinely take pride in the energy and environment of the home I live in. For me, home is a sanctuary, calm, tidy and cared for, and I naturally create that wherever I am. I’m very considerate of others and love contributing to a space where people feel comfortable and looked after.

I live a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoy starting my mornings with a beach walk and coffee, Pilates, and time outdoors. I love music, cooking and sharing meals (I’m Italian, so food is love), but I also really value quiet downtime, early nights and having space to recharge.

I’ve mostly lived on my own, though over the past couple of years I’ve shared with a close friend, which has shown me how much I value connection in a home. I enjoy that balance of shared energy while still respecting personal space.

I absolutely love animals, I previously ran a dog sitting business, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all temperaments and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I’m attentive, responsible and more than happy to help with feeding, walks and giving them plenty of love and attention. It genuinely feels like a bonus, not a chore.

I currently work flexibly, often from my laptop between home, cafes, libraries or down in Byron, and I keep a good routine. If I do work from home, I’m mindful of others’ space and the overall environment.

My son is 11 and lives in Lennox Head where he goes to school. He stays with me every second weekend, either on the Gold Coast or sometimes we’ll spend time back in Lennox with friends. During school holidays, we’re usually either in Melbourne visiting family or based on the Gold Coast. He is a gentle, kind and incredibly respectful boy, and it’s important to me that the home feels safe and comfortable for him when he’s with me.

Ideally, I’m looking for a setup where I have my own space or area within the home. I do have my own furniture, though I’m open to storing most of it for the right fit (aside from my bed and makeup vanity)
