Levin and Jakob

We are the ideal flatmates because we bring a perfect balance of being super reliable and very easy-going especially since we both work full-time here in Brisbane for 8 hours every day which means we have a very consistent and quiet routine during the week. We aren't the 'party house' type and really value a clean and organized home to come back to after work so you can count on us to always keep the common areas tidy and follow the 'leave it better than you found it' rule. We are very respectful of everyone's privacy and space but also happy to have a friendly chat or a drink on the weekend plus with our steady jobs you never have to worry about rent or bills being paid on time as we are organized and low-maintenance to live with.
