Hi I’m Brad and I’m looking for a room to rent for at least the next year. I’m a working professional and I work standard hours Monday to Friday. I have a car that I’ll need parking for, and ideally room for my desk in my bedroom.

I’m an easy going guy, I like relax at home in my spare time watching something online or occasionally playing video games. Keen on going to the gym most days and occasionally play a little golf on the weekends if the weather allows it. Love a drink or two on the weekends at the pub or a meal out with some friends on the odd occasion.

I’m clean and respectful of people’s space and sleep so I’m hoping to find people similar to me in that regard.
