I’m currently based in Perth and looking for a clean and well-organised place to call home long-term. I moved from Melbourne late last year and have been staying in an Airbnb while I settle in.

I study and work from home full-time, so I keep a consistent routine and a quiet environment is important to me—but I’m very mindful of noise and you’ll hardly notice I’m there during the day.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m quite disciplined and low-key. I usually go to the gym or for a walk during weekdays, and enjoy hiking on weekends. I don’t party or bring crowds home, and I value a tidy, respectful living space.

I’m easygoing, clean, and reliable with rent and responsibilities. Ideally looking for a place with like-minded housemates who appreciate a calm and organised home.
