Linh and Snorre

Hi there!

My name is Linh. I am an international student (soon graduate) from Vietnam.

I am currently living by myself in a single room. However, my partner will be coming over from Norway as an exchange student at QUT (Gardens Point) starting in July, which is why I am looking for a new place to call home for us both.

(My posting only includes my photo, as I have not gotten my partner's permission to use his photos yet at the time of posting.)

We both are quiet people who don't drink, smoke, party, or use substances. We are also homebodies who enjoy spending time in our own personal space, and we always tend to our living spaces to keep them tidy.

We are looking to stay short term starting from July 1st - End of Nov 2026 at the latest, as I will be returning home after that time and will no longer require an accommodation. My partner's exchange semester will also have ended by this time.

Currently I am working 2 separate part time jobs which pays me more than enough to cover rent, and I also receive monetary support from my family. For my partner, he receives monthly payments from the Norwegian government (student loan), and he is also receiving monetary support from his family. Because of this, we are confident in our ability to make rent payments on time.

We are looking for a personal room that can accommodate a couple, which must include an ensuite bathroom. Having a personal kitchen/kitchenette as well would be our dream come true, but we are not extremely picky about this. If there is a bathtub in the bathroom, that would be a major plus for me personally, as I enjoy baths a whole lot :)

Our budget is $450/week (all bills included). However, we are willing to nudge our budget up a little more if the place is truly suitable.
