Yanin

Hi! I'm Yanin, 27-year-old woman originally from Thailand. I've been living in Gold Coast for 3.5 years and now I'm looking for an accommodation that is nearby my new workplace.☺️
1 furnished bedroom with wardrobe would be perfect, preferably around Broadbeach-Mermaid Waters area but I'm open to any place that close to public transport (tram would be fantastic) as I don't have a car. My budget is $350 a week ideally including the bills but that's also negotiable. Shared bathroom is also fine for me. I'm happy to have a talk first and see if we can be the best housemates!
For my details, I don't smoke at all, not a loud person, not allergic to pets and more than happy to take care of them sometimes if you have one. My hobbies are playing video games and hanging out with friends. During the day I love going for a walk along the beach, sunbathing sometimes, and going gym (not very often but I'm trying lol).
[I might have my friend visiting occasionally but they'll be in my room (usually just for getting ready to go out)].
