Hi! I'm Yanin, 27-year-old woman originally from Thailand. I've been living in Gold Coast for 4 years and now I'm looking for an accommodation that is nearby my workplace (Pac Fair)☺️
1 furnished bedroom with wardrobe would be perfect, preferably around Southport - Broadbeach - Mermaid Beach area. My budget is $400 a week ideally including the bills but that's also negotiable for the right place🫶🏻 I'm happy to have a talk first and see if we can be the best housemates!
For my details, I'm a full-time worker, don't smoke at all, not allergic to pets and more than happy to help taking care of them sometimes if you have one. My hobbies are playing video games and hanging out with friends. On my days off, I love going for a walk along the beach, sunbathing sometimes, and chilling in my own room.
