Hi, I’m Kat, 35, working full-time in a permanent office-based role as a Case Manager. I’ve been living independently for a while, so I’m reliable with rent, bills, and keeping a home running smoothly.

I live a simple, quiet lifestyle and really value my own time and space. I’m quite private and keep to myself most of the time, but I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful to live with.

Outside of work I enjoy live music, markets, cafes, and creative hobbies like collage. I like having a home that feels comfortable to come back to, and I’m always up for the occasional chat and meal.

I’m best suited to a low-key household and somewhere that feels easy to live in, with mutual respect for space and privacy.

Clean, tidy, and low-maintenance. I take pride in looking after my space and being considerate in shared areas. I have a strong rental history (previously lived alone) and can provide leases, references, and all supporting documents.

I have two small indoor rabbits who are desexed, vaccinated, and litter-trained. They’re kept in a fully enclosed, protected setup, so no damage is caused. I’ve also always arranged professional carpet cleaning and pest treatment at the end of tenancies have evidence of previous rental bonds returned.
