Lachlan

Hi there, my name is Lachlan. I’m a 24 year old full time carpenter currently working on high-end residential builds in the Eastern Suburbs. I am also studying a Bachelor’s in Construction Project Management at UTS. I’m looking for a share house / studio 1 bedder, preferably with off-street parking for my work vehicle or perhaps reasonable on-street availability. I take fitness and health seriously, and love reading, arts, and music.

As a room mate, I am clean and respectful of communal spaces. I won’t pester or harass for things to be done either as long as respect goes both ways. I am a musician and DJ and love to listen or play music. Many afternoons I will be honing my skills, so if you don’t like electronic music or a little bit of noise in the afternoons, I probably am not suitable as a room mate.

I have a lot of friends with the same interests, and it is important to me that I spend time DJing with them on weekends, so if you don’t want people at your house on weekends again, I probably am not suitable. This being said, everyone will be incredibly respectful of your boundaries.

If I’m not at events or running my own events, I’ll be 4x4ing, camping, working on my Ute, or socialising so won’t be making too much noise on weekends.

If you have an issue with anything, I am approachable and happy to talk through any problems which may arise as I understand my lifestyle may be disruptive to some people.

Ideally I’d like a house who share my interests and passions, who are happy to be social and have a drink from time to time.
