Hi, I’m a senior IT professional looking for a fully private place in Sydney for 1 person.

I’m looking for something self-contained and private — ideally a studio or a small apartment. My priority is a place that is quiet, clean, straightforward, and easy to live in, with good transport access. Areas around CBD - Glebe, Camperdown and similar all interest me, but I’m open to other good options in Sydney.

* non-smoker, I don’t drink
* no pets, no parties
* just looking for a peaceful base while I’m in Sydney

I’m easy to deal with, low-maintenance, and looking for a calm, private place rather than a social household.
