Hi, I’m very interested in the room.

I’m currently based in Wellington, New Zealand and relocating to the Gold Coast for full-time work. I’m a New Zealand citizen and can provide all required documents and references.

I’m clean, quiet, and respectful. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I prefer a peaceful home environment as I start work early. I’m also happy to follow house rules and keep shared spaces tidy.

I’m looking for a long-term stay and can move in around May 3. I’m available for a video call inspection anytime, and I’m ready to secure the room immediately if it’s a good fit.

Could you please let me know if the house is within walking distance to a tram station?
