Hi, I'm Siyuan, a visting PhD student from China, currently doing a joint PhD program at CSIRO. I'm looking for a clean, quiet shared room in Canberra (preferably near CSIRO) with a budget of $180-250 per week, furnished and with internet included.

I'm a very clean, tidy and quiet person, non-smoker, no pets, and I always respect my roommates' privacy and space. I love cooking simple home-cooked meals in my free time. I'm easy-going, responsible with bills and rent, and always keep common areas clean and tidy.

I'm looking for a long-term stay (11 months) and can move in from mid-Feb 2027. I have one year of local renting experience in Canberra, and I’m searching for a new long-term place as my current lease is about to expire. Besides, since my current room is double size, I’ve already had bed linen of this size, so it would be perfect if the room comes with a double bed!
