Hi my name is Erin and I love trips to the beach, coffee dates, pilates and exploring new places.

We are looking for 2 other female housemates in their 20s ideally.

Our house will be chill and social, but not a party house and definitely not a smoking house.

We are fine with overnight guests (and my boyfriend is planning on visiting me for a month)

Our maximum budget (with bills) is $350 per week so $1,400 a week for the whole places split.

Open to extended the lease for longer.
