Hello! My name's Branna, I'm a 32 year old high school teacher. My long term rental (7 years) is unfortunately being sold and I'm looking at moving into a new place with 1 or 2 other people.

I'm extremely clean and tidy, and take great pride in keeping a beautiful home. I have everything needed to furnish common areas, kitchen, etc - you will only need to take care of your bedroom and any private space.

I'm looking at places that have two bathrooms and two living areas, as I wish to have my own bathroom and space to relax. This will also leave you (and potentially one other person) with your own bathroom and space as well. Keeps everyone happy!

I am in a fortunate position with my real estate agent where they are helping me secure a new property through them, as they're keen to keep me on as a long term tenant. There are a couple places they've shown me that I'm interested in applying for.

Looking for likeminded clean quiet people who are friendly, considerate, and responsible, and enjoying having their own space. Full time workers preferred.

Latest I can move is May 24th, earliest is around April 24th, bit of wiggle room.
