Liza

Hello! I’m Liza- I’ll be moving to Hobart in September 2026 for one year as part of my PhD in marine biology at UTAS, which I will be working on full time. I’m an American and have been living in France for the last 1.5 years, but lived in Alaska and Colorado for the previous 10 years. I live an active lifestyle and love everything outdoors, including cycling, skiing, hiking, running, surfing, swimming, bikepacking, climbing, etc. I also like cooking and knitting on cozy days in. I’m generally clean and easy to get along with. I’d like to find roommates that share some activities and interests, but am also independent and responsable. I’ve lived with roommates before and appreciate shared responsibilities around a flat/house. A place with dogs is great (I have two that sadly will not be joining me), but unfortunately I’m allergic to cats. Looking forward to chatting! Cheers!
