I'm Xavier, a 21 year-old eCommerce analyst working in Flemington and completing my Commerce degree at Sydney Uni. I work hard during the week and am disciplined with my routine. I'm currently training for a half Ironman in October and am a competitive runner, so early mornings and healthy living are a big part of my life. Also very keen on other sports in general.
I'm looking for a place where I can come home, decompress, and be around good people without it being chaotic. I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy going day to day. I'm not a big party person but am social and enjoy catching up with mates on weekends.
Ideally looking for a housemate/s who are working professionals or postgrads with a similar rhythm to mine. I travel occasionally for work so I'm flexible and low maintenance as a housemate.
