Nell and Marc

We’re a friendly, easygoing couple looking to make Sydney our home. After recently finishing a period of travelling, we’re now both working full-time and really looking forward to settling down into a more relaxed routine—ideally somewhere near the beach where we can enjoy a quieter lifestyle.

We both have stable incomes and take pride in being respectful, reliable tenants. We like to keep our home clean and well looked after, and would treat any place as if it were our own.

Our day-to-day life is pretty balanced and low-key. We don’t drink often and focus on staying active—we spend a lot of our free time at the gym or outdoors. We also enjoy checking out local cafés and everything Sydney has to offer, but we’re just as happy keeping things quiet at home. We’re non-smokers, don’t host big parties, and are always mindful of neighbours.

We’re organised, easy to communicate with, and always on time with rent. We’re really just looking for a comfortable place to settle, enjoy the beach lifestyle, and create a home.
