Hey! I’m Steph 😊

I’m currently studying my real estate course online from home and applying for part-time work, so I’m looking for a nice, comfortable place to call home while I get myself settled into my next chapter.

I’m friendly, easygoing and social, but I also really enjoy having my own downtime. I’m clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces and other people’s routines.

I’m really into Pilates, the gym and going for walks. I love binge-watching a good series, trying new places for nice dinners, catching up with friends and enjoying a wine every now and then 🍷 I do smoke occasionally, but I’m respectful of house rules and would always smoke outside.

I also have my own furniture from my current place, so if there’s anything you’re looking for or need for the house, I’m more than happy to bring something along if I have it.

I’m hoping to find a home with people who are friendly, respectful and easy to live with — somewhere that feels relaxed and homely rather than just a place to sleep. 😊
