Brooklyn and Laurence

My partner and I are a young, easygoing couple who really value a clean, calm, and comfortable home environment. We love the beach lifestyle, staying active, and making the most of being outdoors, whether that’s early morning swims, walks, or just relaxing by the water.

We both keep busy with work during the week but enjoy slowing things down in the evenings—usually cooking at home, sharing a meal, and unwinding. We’re social and friendly people who enjoy a chat, but we also really respect personal space and downtime. We like having a home that feels peaceful and welcoming rather than a party house, though we do enjoy the occasional dinner, drinks, or night out.

Laurence was born and raised in Sydney and works full-time as a helicopter pilot, so he tends to start his days early and keeps a pretty structured routine. I’m originally from Colorado and am currently enjoying the coastal lifestyle while working in hospitality, so my schedule can vary a bit more but spending free time at the yoga studio or beaches.

We’re both very tidy, considerate, and reliable when it comes to shared spaces—cleaning up after ourselves, contributing to household chores, and being mindful of noise. We take pride in where we live and are looking for a place that feels like home, with like-minded people who are respectful and easy to get along with.

Ideally, we’d love to live with people who enjoy a similar balance of being social but also appreciate a relaxed, clean, and drama-free home.
