Looking for a long-term roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Melbourne CBD (north end near UniMelb / RMIT area). Move-in early July.

Budget: ~$425–$450pw each + bills split evenly

About me:

Hi I’m Andrea. I’m a university student (18F) moving to Melbourne in July. I’m clean, organised, and value a calm, respectful home environment. Not a party house — more of a quiet, comfortable space where both people can study/work and relax. I like badminton and food.

What I’m looking for:

Someone who is also a student or working professional, financially stable, and tidy with shared spaces. Ideally someone who is easygoing and respectful of noise and cleanliness.

Plan:

I haven’t secured the apartment yet. I’m looking to find a compatible roommate first so we can apply together (or secure a place and sort lease arrangements properly).

Preferences:

- Modern apartment with good natural light
- North CBD / West Melbourne / Docklands / North Melbourne
- Clean, well-maintained building
