Move-in Date: I am looking to move in between late April and early May.
Proven Stability: I lived in my previous residence for 9 years, which reflects my commitment as a long-term tenant. I ensure that rent is always paid on time and keep the property in excellent condition.
Location & Commute: I am focusing on the East side, within a 30-minute train ride to the City. Good access to a train station would be great for my daily commute.
Parking & Property Type: As a car owner, I require a parking space. I am looking for a self-contained Granny flat or a 1-bedroom apartment (not a share house).
Budget: My budget is up to $450 per week.
