I am a Sri Lankan PhD student at RMIT, supported by a university scholarship with a stable monthly stipend. This ensures I can reliably pay rent on time at the beginning of each month.
My wife and I are a quiet, clean, and tidy couple who value a peaceful and respectful living environment. We are non-smokers and maintain a consistent routine focused on study and work. We are considerate of housemates and neighbours and take good care of the place we live in.
We are planning to move in from 24th April, though our move-in date is flexible for the right place. We are ideally looking for a long-term stay.
We are seeking a clean and well-maintained private room in a shared house or a studio apartment where we can comfortably settle and focus on our daily life.
