👋 Alia and Rob — We’re a friendly, easygoing couple who enjoy a balance of social time and our own private space. Both of us work full-time are reliable with rent and take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home.

In our downtime, we enjoy cooking, staying active at the gym, exploring new places, or simply relaxing at home with a good meal. We’re respectful of our space and surroundings, non-smokers, and only drink socially on occasion. While we enjoy getting outdoors, we’re not big party people and value a calm, comfortable living environment.

We’re currently looking for a place for 6–12 months, with the option to extend if it’s a great long-term fit. We both have our own cars, so somewhere with parking would be ideal. Our budget is flexible from $500+ depending on inclusions such as bills; we’d prefer to take a furnished place especially with a bed.

We’re flexible and open to dates of moving, depending on your situation and open to taking over your lease if you are “breaking your lease” or looking for someone to replace you. We just need at least 4 weeks notice in our current place to move.

We’re happy to provide references if needed. I’d appreciate it if you can just reply if the place is no longer available just as a common courtesy. We’d ideally prefer to live with one other person / our own space.
