Hey Alia and Rob 👋 — We’re a friendly, easygoing couple who enjoy a balance of social time 🗣️ and our own private space. Both of us work full-time are reliable with rent 💰 and take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home. 🏡

In our downtime, we enjoy cooking, staying active at the 🏋🏽‍♀️ gym, exploring new ✈️ places, or simply relaxing at home with a good meal. We’re respectful of our space and surroundings, 🚭 non-smokers, and only drink socially on occasion. While we enjoy getting outdoors, we’re not big party people and value a calm, comfortable living environment. ☮️ 🍃

We’re currently looking for a place for 3-6–9 months, with the option to extend if it’s a great long-term fit. We’re ready to move in as soon as possible so we’re flexible and have around 19th of May 🗓️ to secure the right place. We both have our own 🚘 cars, so somewhere with parking would be ideal. Our budget is flexible from $600+ depending on inclusions such as bills and furnishings.
