Hi! I’m from Korea, and I’m currently looking for a single room.

I’ve lived alone for about 2 years before, and I’m very clean and responsible.
In my previous place, the landlord actually wanted me to stay and even offered a discount because I kept the room in great condition.

I also take good care of my space and make it feel comfortable and lively, so when I moved out, it was always easy to find the next tenant—people really liked the room.

I’m a clear communicator and a very considerate, common-sense person.

I’m specifically looking for a private room (not shared). :)
