My name is María Alejandra Manosalva, a Business Administration graduate from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, one of Colombia's most prestigious universities where I specialised in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I am currently living in Sydney and studying full-time English at ILSC, an experience that has been truly transformative, not only in improving my academic English but in helping me understand Australian culture and the way of life here.

I have recently been accepted into the Master of Marketing (Extension) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), commencing July 2026 and running for two years, a program I have already paid for and am deeply committed to. I am proud to share that UTS awarded me a 15% academic merit scholarship, a recognition that reflects my dedication and academic track record. I submitted my student visa extension this week and am currently awaiting the outcome. My firm intention is to remain in this property for the entire duration of my master's degree.

I am applying jointly with my close friend Gabriel, also an international student here in Sydney. We met while studying at ILSC and decided to apply together, both to share costs responsibly and to support one another while building our lives in a country that is still new to both of us. We are reliable, considerate people who understand the value of a good home and a respectful living environment.

Financially, I am in a strong and stable position. I own properties in Colombia from which I receive consistent monthly rental income of approximately AUD $2,500. In addition, my father is fully sponsoring my education and living expenses here in Australia, covering tuition, accommodation, and all associated costs. I will be providing his bank statements as supporting documentation. I am currently working as a personal assistant and will be joining Uber Eats from next week while I await my visa extension, ensuring I remain active and financially engaged.

I am currently based in Lidcombe and I am eager to move closer to ILSC for the remainder of my English program and then to UTS from July, making Camperdown genuinely the ideal location for this next chapter of my life. I am drawn to this property because of its proximity to UTS, the beautiful parks and green spaces in the area, the reassurance of having Royal Prince Alfred Hospital nearby and the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere of Newtown's restaurant and cultural scene.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy photography, spending time in nature, and reading, I am someone who values a calm, comfortable home environment and takes genuine pride in caring for shared spaces. I am organised, clean, and deeply respectful of the people and places around me.

I would be truly honoured to make this apartment my home for the next two years.
